Our agency's preparation for the coronavirus

March 13, 2020

We know you have already heard and read a lot about the coronavirus but we want to let you know what preparations we are making here at the agency.

We are still working at the office, but in the event we have to work from home, we are capable of offering our full agency services by phone, email or fax. We know some prefer to come into our office, but for the time being, we encourge you to call us to make payments, request policy changes, sign for new policies, get quotes, etc. Yes, we have been able to do ALL of these things  electronically for several years now since we insure individuals and businesses all across the state of Tennessee.

As for claims, we still would like you to call us first so we can discuss and report the claim ourselves as is necessary. Once the claim has been filed, the insurance company adjuster will handle the claim just as it has been handled in the past. However, anytime you have questions or need assistance, we will be glad to assist the process in any way.

In the event you need to come into our office, we will be taking some precautionary measures to protect you as well as our staff. Therefore, we prefer to not take cash in the upcoming weeks and will appreciate any payments to be made by check, debit/credit card, cashiers check or money order. Again, with the exception of a cashiers check or money order, we can accept ALL other methods of payment by phone at 615-672-5848 or through this website.

This is certainly an unusual time and our goal is to be here for you, without interrruption, as we normally would. We know you understand the measures we are taking to protect you as well as everyone at our agency and we sincerely appreciate your understanding.

God Bless and stay safe!

Mark, Kim, Shelley, Angela, Tara and Lexi
